USCIS – Temporary Office Closures Update

by | Jul 30, 2020

On April 1, 2020, USCIS announced that it is extending the temporary suspension of in-person services at its field offices, asylum offices, and application support centers until at least May 3, 2020. USCIS will begin reopening its offices on May 4,2020, unless the public closures are extended further. Appointments scheduled on or before May 3, 2020 will be rescheduled due to the temporary closure.

Service Centers are still up and running, this means you can still file applications for adjustment of statusnaturalization and the like.
