Scott A. Emerick is a senior associate attorney with the Bolour / Carl Immigration Group in Los Angeles, CA.  Scott’s practice focuses on complex family-based immigration, asylum, removal defense (detained and non-detained), federal litigation, and employment based immigration.  Scott is a former chair of the AILA Southern California Chapter.  Scott regularly speaks on advanced immigration issues at national immigration law conferences.
