00:00:00 [Music] there is a distinction between status and having a Visa if you just have status in the US and you don’t have a Visa when you leave you can’t just re-enter thinking you’re going to enter with the same status you need to have a visa to be able to exit and then come back in that same status for example if you have an E2 Visa you can travel in and out and you’re going to be entering with that E2 visa and E2 status also you need to look at the visa to see if it’s multiple entry uh some countries qualify

00:00:28 for most countries qualify for multiple entries some countries don’t it’s just a single entry so if you’re a beneficiary of a single entry visa for example an OV Visa if it’s only a single entry every time you go abroad you have to reapply for that visa and go through the vetting process of the Visa office before they issue that visa for you to be able to re-enter
