My name is Scott Godgluck. My partner is a citizen of South Africa and wants to immigrate to the US after he finishes school to pursue a career in animation. We are looking for help with our options in getting him legal status. He has applied once and been denied a work Visa. He is 21 and his only ties to South Africa are his twin brother and sister. His parents disowned him when he came out to them at 17. We would appreciate any assistance in consulting on our options.
